Who is No. 51 for?
No. 51 offer services to the following groups:

• Both mothers and fathers, separately or together
• Parents who have their own history of social care involvement and those who are care experienced
• Parents who are considered to pose a risk to children, including non-accidental injuries, fabricated or induced illness and sexual harm
•Families where abuse or maltreatment is alleged, suspected, or known to have occurred
• Young parents under the age of 16
• Expectant parents
• Parents with one or more children
• Parents of children with complex health or development needs
• Parents with identified or suspected learning needs/ difficulties/disabilities
• Parents with a history of mental health difficulties
• Parents experiencing difficulties with substance or alcohol misuse
• Parents who present with behavioural difficulties
• Parents where there has been a history of domestic abuse
• Families where English is not their first language
We accept parents who have addiction problems. However, we do insist on the parents being committed to maintaining abstinence from illicit drugs when living in the home, and to follow any substance misuse safety plans that have been devised and implemented.

We will undertake paper-based viability assessments free of charge (subject to the documentation for perusal being less than one level arch file) for our residential and community support and assessment services. We will charge a cost of £100 for viability assessments that require perusal of documentation in excess of one lever arch file.
